| PURCHASE AND HEALTH GUARANTEE Breeder agrees that said puppy/dog is in good health at the time of purchase, with one year guarantee against any Congenital or Hereditary Diseases. Breeder cannot guarantee size, confirmation, disposition, or breeding ability of puppy/dog. The buyer agrees to maintain the dog at all times in good health with all current immunizations, wormings and medical care it will need. The actions and upbringing of the dog is the responsibility of the buyer. Under any circumstance is the breeder to be held responsible for the dogs behavior. If puppy/dog is to be shipped, puppy may be shipped at 8-10 weeks. Balance needs to be paid one week in advance, if puppy is to be picked up, cash is preferable. Pay-pal or Cashier Check may be paid in advance. Buyer agrees to have the puppy/dog examined by a Veterinarian within 2 business days (48 hrs.) of the date of purchase at the buyer's expense, (excluding Sat. & Sun.) of the purchase or shipping date. If the Veterinarian finds any health problems, he needs to issue a written report with signs, symptoms, diagnosis,and any other tests performed. If puppy/dog, is found to have any health or genetic problems, the puppy must be immediately returned to the breeder, accompanied by a certified signed letter by the Licensed Vet. Under any circumstances will there be a REFUND. A replacement puppy/dog if available will be exchanged. If a replacement puppy/dog is not available at the time, one will be made available with the next litter. Breeder has an open door policy concerning the puppy/dog being sold. Rather than having a former puppy/dog go to an animal shelter or pound the buyer agrees to return the dog to the breeder with no questions asked. No refund will be returned. Breeder and buyer agree that once a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 dollars has been given for a puppy, it will be held until the buyer pays the balance. If puppy is not picked up or shipped by 8-10 weeks or made contact with the breeder, all rights will be forfeited by the buyer. Breeder has the right to resell the above described puppy. Contact must be maintained between buyer and breeder. I,/we buyers, certify that we have read this contract and fully understand the contents.
